Small Corporate One of our clients had a customer who had been producing their own meetings and using the “in-house” audio visual providers claiming it was to expensive to hire a production company and bring in an audio visual staging company. The CEO of the company wanted to step up the quality of the production. Our clients handled the creative and show content while Axiom Productions, Inc handled the Production Management and Technical Direction. The savings in audio visual cost by a proper RFQ and bid process resulted in our service cost being offset by the savings, while proper show management resulted in what the CEO claimed, “…this years conference was, by far, the best event of its kind that I have seen, with this company. The production was very professional and had a "big time" feel to it that set the tone from the beginning.”
